The final price may change if the condition of the windows or gutters differs significantly from what was described. We will always confirm any price changes with you before we begin the cleaning work.
2. Property Access and Preparation
To do our job safely and effectively, we need clear access to your property. Please ensure that gates are unlocked and any obstacles around your windows or beneath your gutters are moved before our team arrives. If we cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a small booking fee to cover our team's scheduled time.
4. Weather Conditions
Window and gutter cleaning is weather-dependent. If heavy rain, high winds, or severe weather make it unsafe or impractical to complete the work, we will contact you to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless you have an ongoing commercial contract with us. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank transfers. An invoice will be provided for your records.
6. Liability and Pre-Existing Damage
Our team takes the utmost care when working on your property. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, window frames, seals, or gutters. If we notice any damage before we start cleaning, we will point it out to you immediately.
